Charlie W. Rowland

Charlie practices in the areas of civil litigation and business/corporate law with an emphasis on entrepreneurial services and tax incentives for economic development projects. Prior to joining the Regard Law Group, Charlie served as an Executive Advisor at the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development, where he represented the Cabinet and the Kentucky Economic

Development Finance Authority in negotiations with businesses seeking economic development incentives, including tax credits, tax increment financing, grants, loans, and conduit financing for economic development projects in Kentucky. Previously, Charlie served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Consumer Protection, where he focused on complex pharmaceutical litigation. 

Charlie completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky. He attended the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he served two terms as Secretary of the Student Bar Association, 3L Representative on the Honor Council, and student representative on the Faculty Curriculum Committee. Charlie serves his community as President-Elect of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Bluegrass Board of Directors and as Past-President of the Lexington Art League Board of Directors.
