Lexington, KY – Leestown Rd Scene of Injury Crash near Yarnallton Pike

Lexington, KY (March 28, 2025) – Shortly after 5:00 p.m. on March 27, a car crash happened in Lexington that caused at least one person to sustain injuries. Responders, including police and EMTs, were sent to the scene on Leestown Road near South Yarnallton Pike. Victims who were hurt were taken to the hospital for treatment by ambulance while police worked to help those involved at the scene. All inbound traffic was diverted to North Yarnalltown Pike while the scene was occupied by responders. Police in Lexington continue to investigate the details of the accident.
