Lexington, KY – Victims Hurt in Wreck on Leestown Rd near Greendale Rd

Lexington, KY (February 12, 2025) – A traffic accident ended in injuries in Lexington on Tuesday morning, February 11. Multiple responders were sent to the crash scene on Leestown Road near Greendale Road after receiving reports concerning the incident. At this time, the cause of the accident has not been reported as police continue to investigate. At least one person needed emergency medical care at the scene.

Paramedics transported those with serious injuries to area hospitals by ambulance while police worked to determine the cause of the accident. The roadway was partially blocked while responders worked at the scene and local drivers were forced to find alternate routes.
