Richmond, KY – Taylor Baltimore Killed in Crash on I-75 near Exit 87

Richmond, KY (February 21, 2025) – One person lost their life in a head-on crash in Richmond on Tuesday afternoon, February 18. According to information provided by the Richmond Police Department, the accident occurred in the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 near Exit 87. A vehicle was reportedly traveling north when it crossed over into the southbound lanes and collided with another vehicle.

At this time, the cause of the crash has not been reported as police continue to investigate. Taylor Baltimore, 23, was killed in the accident. Baltimore was pronounced deceased at approximately 3:55 p.m. at the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital. The Southbound lanes of the interstate were closed while officials worked at the scene. Police in Richmond continue to investigate the details of the accident.
