Louisa, KY – Patricia Frazier Loses Life in Wreck on KY 644 near Meadowbrook Ln

Louisa, KY (November 8, 2024) – One person lost their life after a fatal accident in Louisa on Thursday evening. According to information provided by the Louisa Police Department, the victim was identified as 32-year-old Patricia Frazier. The wreck occurred at around 7:15 p.m. on Thursday on Kentucky Route 644 near the intersection with Meadowbrook Lane. At this time, the cause of the accident is still being investigated by area authorities. Frazier and the other driver were both transported to the hospital for their injuries. Despite lifesaving efforts by medical staff, Frazier later lost her life.
