Lexington, KY – Injuries Follow Wreck on Leestown Rd & Boiling Springs Dr

Lexington, KY (January 10, 2025) – A traffic accident with injuries was reported to police in Lexington on January 7. Shortly before 4:30 p.m., the incident occurred in the outbound lanes of Leestown Road near Boiling Springs Drive.

The cause of the accident is still being investigated by area authorities at this time. One or more individuals were hurt in the accident and in need of emergency medical attention at the scene. Responders worked in the area for an extensive period, resulting in significant delays in traffic. Police in Lexington continue to investigate the incident.
