Kentucky Car Crashes
Kentucky car wrecks happen daily. On average, the Bluegrass State sees about 150,000 yearly traffic accidents. Approximately 25,000 of these incidents cause injuries and over 700 end in fatalities. Unfortunately, most of these wrecks are caused by the actions of negligent drivers.
Driver negligence is behind the majority of auto accidents in the United States and throughout the state of Kentucky. Yearly, over 90% of car wrecks in the United States are caused by negligent drivers. Drivers who choose to operate their vehicles while fatigued, distracted, or intoxicated risk their lives and the lives of everyone on the road around them. Unlawful and negligent driver behaviors put many people in harm’s way in the United States. When drivers act careless and inattentive, the chances of them causing injurious or fatal accidents are, unfortunately, extremely high.
